This support option is for parents navigating moments of doubt or seeking reassurance and support. I provide a compassionate ear, offering a safe space for you to voice your concerns and worries. Often, simply talking through these challenges is all it takes to restore your confidence and reignite your joy in parenting. Let me help you rediscover the confidence and enjoyment in your parenting journey.

New to Parenting

1.5 – 2 h video call for expectant and new parents - $199

This option provides new and expectant parents with education on biologically normal sleep, debunking myths and clarifying infant sleep needs.

You'll have the chance to ask questions, and I'll provide a written summary for easy reference. Plus, you'll receive a sleep guide filled with gentle tips to support you through your baby’s first six months.

Sleeping Like a Baby

1.5 – 2 h video/ phone call - $249

Our sleep support service is designed for parents with children aged 6 months to 3 years. It includes a personalized sleep diary for tracking patterns, along with education on biologically normal sleep.

You’ll receive a tailored sleep plan and a consultation summary to reinforce key points. For 4 weeks, I provide ongoing support, including two 30-minute calls and daily email or text guidance.
